The application review has two stages. Please watch your email so you don't miss any important notices.
Phase 1
Register as a Merchant
- Please fill out this form completely, then read and sign the contract and terms.
- Fu Food takes food safety seriously. We require platform identity verification, and any food safety certificates you provide will be shown on your public profile.
- You will be notified within 1–3 business days. Please follow the email instructions to proceed or submit additional documents.
Phase 2
Payment Verification
- To activate payment collection and monthly payouts, a third-party payment verification is required. After completing Phase 1, follow the email instructions to provide additional information.
- You will be notified within 5–7 business days. Please watch for an email from Tappay.
Once both stages are approved, your account will be activated and you can start selling lucky bags!
Please prepare the following
- 1Owner identity and contact information
- 2Food industry registration number
- 3Product liability insurance number (optional)
- 4Bank account number and passbook cover photo
- 5Company or business registration certificate / transcript (full document; not required if no business registration)
- 6Beneficial owner declaration (required depending on company shareholding structure)
- 7VAT 401 report (required depending on company size)
Service Fee
We do not charge any upfront subscription fees. A platform service fee is only deducted from each lucky bag sold.
Upon approval, enjoy a trial period rate of 15% commission. See the contract for full fee details.
