1. Service Description
Fu Star Co., Ltd. (Tax ID: 60410778, hereinafter referred to as "the Company") provides lucky bag exploration, reservation, and related services through the "福food" platform (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform"). By using the Platform, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, please do not use the Platform.
2. Usage Guidelines
- You shall use the Platform for lawful purposes only and shall not engage in any activities that violate laws or infringe upon the rights of others.
- You shall not interfere with the normal operation of the Platform in any way, including but not limited to distributing malicious software or conducting unauthorized access.
- You shall not use the Platform for any commercial activities without prior written consent from the Company.
- You shall not reproduce, modify, or distribute any content on the Platform without authorization.
3. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account and password. All activities conducted through your account are deemed as your own actions, and you shall bear full responsibility. If you discover any unauthorized use of your account, please notify the Company immediately.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, images, logos, software, audio, and video, is owned by the Company or its licensors and is protected by the Copyright Act of the Republic of China and related intellectual property laws. No reproduction, distribution, public transmission, or use in any form is permitted without prior written consent from the Company.
5. Refund Policy
Refunds on the Platform are handled in accordance with the following conditions:
- Orders not yet picked up: You may cancel your order before the pickup time begins, and the system will automatically issue a full refund.
- Defective or misrepresented products: If the lucky bag you receive has obvious defects or significantly differs from the Platform description, please file a complaint through the Platform within 24 hours of pickup. A full or partial refund will be issued upon verification by the Company.
- Merchant unable to fulfill order: If a merchant is unable to provide a reserved lucky bag, the Company will assist in processing a full refund.
- Failure to pick up: If you do not pick up your order within the designated time and do not cancel in advance, the order will be considered forfeited and no refund will be issued.
Refunds will be returned via the original payment method. Processing time depends on the payment institution and generally takes 5 to 14 business days. For special circumstances, please contact our customer service.
6. Limitation of Liability
The Platform is provided on an "as is" basis. The Company does not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use the Platform.
7. Modification of Terms
The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. The revised terms will be posted on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We recommend that you review this page periodically for the latest terms.
8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan). Both parties agree that the Taipei District Court of Taiwan shall be the court of first instance for any disputes arising from these terms.
